Deshalb wurde beschlossen, die Sanierung nach den Anforderungen des Minergie-A-ECO-Standards durchzuf\u00fchren. Das auff\u00e4lligste Merkmal ist eine integrierte Photovoltaikanlage auf der gesamten Dachfl\u00e4che. Diese Anlage produziert mehr Energie, als das Haus f\u00fcr seine j\u00e4hrliche Energiebilanz ben\u00f6tigt.
