November 2022 verschiedene Verordnungen im Energiebereich angepasst. Das Revisionspaket baut die F\u00f6rderinstrumente f\u00fcr die Stromproduktion aus erneuerbaren Energien aus. Dies gilt insbesondere im Bereich der Photovoltaik (PV). F\u00fcr grosse PV-Anlagen werden erstmals Auktionen eingef\u00fchrt. Bei diesen erh\u00e4lt jener Produzent den Zuschlag, der eine bestimmte Menge Solarenergie am g\u00fcnstigsten produziert. Die Auktionen sind f\u00fcr PV-Anlagen ohne Eigenverbrauch vorgesehen, wie sie typischerweise auf Lagerhallen oder Scheunen errichtet werden. F\u00fcr alpine PV-Anlagen wird zus\u00e4tzlich ein Bonus eingef\u00fchrt, weil diese f\u00fcr den Winterstrom wichtig sind.
