Das Hauptziel der Sanierung, die bei laufendem Betrieb durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, bestand darin, die Aussenh\u00fclle bestm\u00f6glich zu nutzen und dabei die Betonstruktur zu erhalten. Die Qualit\u00e4ten der bestehenden Geb\u00e4udeinnenr\u00e4ume, der st\u00fctzenfreie Grundriss und die gut proportionierten Nutzfl\u00e4chen wurden beibehalten und in einigen Bereichen optimiert.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Umgestaltung der B\u00fcror\u00e4ume konnte Raum f\u00fcr rund ein Drittel mehr Arbeitspl\u00e4tze geschaffen werden. Die Fassadenelemente zwischen den Betons\u00e4ulen wurden vollst\u00e4ndig erneuert. Sie erzeugen nun Strom dank photovoltaischer Elemente, die die Br\u00fcstungsverkleidung bilden und die geschichtete Wirkung der Fassade unterstreichen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die 158 kWp-Photovoltaikanlage, die gut in die 1.600 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0grosse Fassade des Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4udes integriert ist, erzeugt 69.800 kWh\/Jahr und deckt somit 6 % vom Gesamtverbrauch von 1,21 GWh\/Jahr des Geb\u00e4udes.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"50\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"50\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"50\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"50\" style=\"height: 50px;\"><\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8220;50284&#8243;
