Ab August 2020 vervollst\u00e4ndigen zwei neue Geb\u00e4ude die Entwicklung des Viertels und f\u00fcgen sich in die bestehende Stadtplanung und -gestaltung ein. Aus der Ferne sind sie von den \u00e4lteren Geb\u00e4uden nicht zu unterscheiden. Je nach Sonneneinstrahlung erkennt man jedoch bei genauerem Hinsehen, dass die Fassaden statt mit schwarz emaillierten Glasplatten nun mit Photovoltaikmodulen verkleidet sind.
