Sie weist eine installierte Leistung von rund 170 kWp auf, was einer Fl\u00e4che von \u00fcber 1&#8217;600 Quadratmetern entspricht.<br \/>\nDie Stadt Lugano hat sich f\u00fcr die Umstellung des Fassadenkonzepts von einer klassischen Faserzementverkleidung auf eine vollst\u00e4ndig photovoltaische Oberfl\u00e4che entschieden, ohne dabei auf die architektonische Sprache zu verzichten, und dies mittels innovativer farbiger Glasmodule, die von der Tessiner Firma Sunage SA auf Mass gefertigt werden.
