Die Fenster gew\u00e4hren unterschiedliche Ausblicke und lassen passive Sonnenw\u00e4rme in den Innenraum einstrahlen. Pro Etage sind vier Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Gestaltung angeordnet. Die Wohnungen sind \u00fcber Eck orientiert und werden daher von mehreren Seiten belichtet. Einzelne, leicht schr\u00e4g gestellte W\u00e4nde erzeugen r\u00e4umliche Spannung. Ab Kellerdecke sind die Bauten komplett in Holz erstellt, die Massivholzdecken sind sichtbar, w\u00e4hrend die W\u00e4nde weiss verputzt sind.<br \/>\nEine abgewinkelte, mit golden glitzernden polykristallinen Photovoltaikmodulen verkleidete Balkonbr\u00fcstung umfasst die beiden Geb\u00e4ude dreiseitig. Sie macht die Bauten unverwechselbar und versorgt sie mit elektrischem Strom. Die Pelletheizung, unterst\u00fctzt von Sonnenkollektoren, liefert die Heizw\u00e4rme. Die zentrale L\u00fcftungsanlage auf dem Dach wird \u00fcber wohnungsinterne CO2-F\u00fchler gesteuert.<\/p>\n<p>Zwischen den Bauten erstreckt sich ein abwechslungsreicher Begegnungsraum. Staudens\u00e4ume erg\u00e4nzen die Spielfl\u00e4chen und bieten Lebensraum f\u00fcr viele Kleinlebewesen.
