Mit einer Photovoltaik-Strategie definiert der Stadtrat neu die Massnahmen, um mit einer starken Beschleunigung des Ausbaus von Photovoltaik-Anlagen die maximale Nutzung der Dachfl\u00e4chen zu erzielen. Die verst\u00e4rkte Nutzung der erneuerbaren Energie dient dem Erreichen des Klimaziels Netto-Null 2040.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Klimaziel Netto-Null 2040 ist mit einer starken Elektrifizierung bei der W\u00e4rmeversorgung und der Mobilit\u00e4t verbunden. Damit der zus\u00e4tzliche Strombedarf mit erneuerbaren Energien gedeckt werden kann, will die Stadt Z\u00fcrich den Ausbau der Solarstromproduktion stark beschleunigen. Bis 2030 soll die Produktion von Solarstrom auf Stadtgebiet vervierfacht werden auf eine Produktion von rund 120 Gigawattstunden (GWh) pro Jahr. Bei st\u00e4dtischen Liegenschaften soll die Produktion auf 20 GWh pro Jahr verf\u00fcnffacht werden. Mit der Photovoltaik-Strategie definiert der Stadtrat die Ziele und Massnahmen f\u00fcr diesen Ausbau, so sollen wirtschaftliche Photovoltaik-Anlagen (PV-Anlagen) in Zukunft bei st\u00e4dtischen Neubauten und Dachsanierungen in der Regel Standard sein. Die Stadtverwaltung will zudem bis 2030 mindestens zehn Prozent ihres eigenen Strombedarfs mit erneuerbarer Sonnenenergie decken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solarstrom produzieren \u2013 auch auf gesch\u00fctzten Geb\u00e4uden m\u00f6glich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viele \u00f6ffentliche Geb\u00e4ude der Stadt sind gesch\u00fctzt oder inventarisiert. Damit der Ausbau bei Geb\u00e4uden im Eigentum der Stadt Z\u00fcrich erreicht werden kann, sind auch gut geeignete Geb\u00e4ude aus dem Inventar der sch\u00fctzenswerten Ortsbilder der Schweiz (ISOS) f\u00fcr PV-Anlagen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Ein F\u00fcnftel der st\u00e4dtischen Geb\u00e4ude f\u00e4llt in diese Kategorie.<br \/>\nIn einem sorgf\u00e4ltigen Prozess hat das Amt f\u00fcr St\u00e4dtebau alle Schul- und Sportanlagen, die in der ISOS-A-Liste aufgef\u00fchrt sind, \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und definiert, welche f\u00fcr eine PV-Anlage geeignet sind.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Am Puls der technischen Entwicklung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neben den herk\u00f6mmlichen PV-Anlagen, die auf die D\u00e4cher montiert werden, testete das ewz den Einsatz von gef\u00e4rbten in Dachziegeln integrierten PV-Modulen. Noch ist deren Leistung allerdings ungen\u00fcgend im Vergleich zu konventionellen Installationen. Das ewz verfolgt aktiv die technische Weiterentwicklung, wie beispielsweise PV-Anlagen an Hausfassaden. Als eine Massnahme aus der PV-Strategie sollen gezielt solche Anlagen realisiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erfolgsfaktor innerst\u00e4dtische Zusammenarbeit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das ewz ist bei der Realisierung von PV-Anlagen auf \u00f6ffentlichen Geb\u00e4uden als Kompetenzzentrum federf\u00fchrend. Planung und Beratung, Realisierung, Betrieb und Finanzierung der Anlagen sowie Abrechnung der Stromlieferung erfolgen so aus einer Hand. Gemeinsam mit Immobilien Stadt Z\u00fcrich konnten dieses Jahr innert k\u00fcrzester Zeit sechs PV-Anlagen auf Schulh\u00e4usern im Rahmen von ewz.solarz\u00fcri erstellt und verkauft werden. Um der grossen Nachfrage der Bev\u00f6lkerung zu entsprechen, sind ab heute 2700 Quadratmeter in diesem B\u00fcrgerbeteiligungsmodell auf der st\u00e4dtischen Wohnsiedlung Glaubten von Liegenschaften Stadt Z\u00fcrich verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Photovoltaik-L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr private Hauseigent\u00fcmerschaften<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um das Ziel von 120 GWh pro Jahr bis 2030 auf Geb\u00e4uden auf dem Stadtgebiet zu erreichen, soll die F\u00f6rderung von PV-Anlagen \u00fcber 2000-Watt-Beitr\u00e4ge ausgebaut werden. Auch Privaten bietet das ewz umfassende Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr Photovoltaik-L\u00f6sungen an. Dazu geh\u00f6ren unter anderem Beratung, Planung und Bau von PV-Anlagen und Abrechnungsmodelle f\u00fcr den Zusammenschluss zu Eigenverbrauchsgemeinschaften (ZEV).<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Verabschiedung der PV-Strategie beantragt der Stadtrat dem Gemeinderat, zwei parlamentarische Vorst\u00f6sse zum Ausbau von PV-Anlagen als erledigt abzuschreiben.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column
