Die beiden Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user sind dank der an den Fassaden und auf den D\u00e4chern sowie an den beiden Windturbinen installierten Photovoltaik-Module CO2-neutral, da diese Anlagen die lokale Stromerzeugung erm\u00f6glichen.
