Durch die Renovierung konnte der Energieverbrauch um ca. 40% reduziert werden. Die Photovoltaikanlage deckt ungef\u00e4hr den Tagesverbrauch, der f\u00fcr die Beleuchtung von 4 Stockwerken ben\u00f6tigt wird.
