Einige der damals errichteten Hochh\u00e4user stehen nun vor einer zweiten Generalsanierung, so dass dies der ideale Zeitpunkt ist, um eine Solaranlage in die Fassade zu integrieren. Die Anlage liess sich leicht in die schlichte Fassadengestaltung integrieren, indem die Br\u00fcstungen unter den langen Fensterb\u00e4ndern genutzt wurden, die zuvor mit Faserzementplatten verkleidet waren. Neben einer gut ged\u00e4mmten Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle wurden rund 470m\u00b2 Photovoltaikmodule an der Ost-, S\u00fcd- und Westfassade installiert.
