[1]<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Fall k\u00f6nnte die BIPV-Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit also definiert werden als die Bef\u00e4higung eines BIPV-Baumaterials, -Systems und einer Stromerzeugungseinheit erfolgreich mit anderen traditionellen Baumaterialien, Systemen und Stromerzeugungseinheiten zu konkurrieren. Die Kosten des BIPV-Systems beziehen sich auf die Endnutzerkosten der BIPV-basierten Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fcllenl\u00f6sung als Ganzes. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die BIPV-Module (die \u00e4ussere Schicht der Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle, die als Verkleidung verwendet wird) sowie die anderen Verankerungs- und Befestigungsteile des entsprechenden Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fcllensystems, die die vollst\u00e4ndige Funktionalit\u00e4t, Sicherheit und Leistung\/Normkonformit\u00e4t des Bausatzes gew\u00e4hrleisten. Allgemein sind \u00e4hnliche Trends wie beim Vergleich der Bauteilkosten zu beobachten, auch wenn sich der Preisabstand bei den Fassadenl\u00f6sungen verringert hat. Konventionelle Dach- und Fassadel\u00f6sungen k\u00f6nnen durch BIPV-L\u00f6sungen in Frage gestellt werden. Massangefertigte BIPV-D\u00e4cher sind teurer als herk\u00f6mmliche Ziegeld\u00e4cher, bieten aber oft den Vorteil einer besseren \u00e4sthetischen Integration und geb\u00e4udebezogener Funktionalit\u00e4ten. BIPV-Systeme k\u00f6nnen sogar im Vergleich zu einigen konventionellen Systemen wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig sein, sind aber vor allem mit High-End-Systemen wie verglasten Warmfassaden oder opaken Steinverkleidungen auf dem gleichen Niveau. Vor allem der wirtschaftliche Aspekt wird von vielen immer noch als Barriere wahrgenommen, die die Verbreitung von BIPV-Systemen aufgrund ihrer h\u00f6heren Vorlaufkosten einschr\u00e4nkt. Wenn jedoch die Kostenwettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit auf der Grundlage eines projektbasierten Ansatzes und unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfung w\u00e4hrend der Nutzungsdauer berechnet wird, k\u00f6nnen die Mehrkosten im Vergleich zu konventionellen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle durch die zus\u00e4tzliche Einnahme im Zusammenhang mit diesem einzigartigen \u2018\u2019aktiven\u2019\u2019 Material gedeckt werden. Eine ganzheitliche projektbasierte Bewertung der wirtschaftlichen Attraktivit\u00e4t von BIPV-L\u00f6sungen besteht in einer Analyse aller Cashflows, die durch ein bestimmtes Projekt generiert werden, und erm\u00f6glicht eine Sch\u00e4tzung aller Kosten, aber auch aller Einnahmen, die mit den BIPV-Systemen w\u00e4hrend ihrer Nutzungsdauer verbunden sind. Diese Art der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit wird als \u2018\u2019Gesamtkosten und -einnahmen des Betriebs\u2019\u2019 bezeichnet. Ein solches Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell, das auf der Bewertung des erzeugten Stroms beruht und nach M\u00f6glichkeit einen Teil der Anreize einschliesst, ist das typische Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell f\u00fcr BIPV-Anlagen [2], [3]. Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass sich diese Bewertungen der Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit ausschliesslich auf Werte konzentrieren, die quantifiziert werden k\u00f6nnen. Es gibt jedoch auch andere Werte, die mit \u00c4sthetik, Multifunktionalit\u00e4t und Umweltaspekten verbunden sind, welche zu den wichtigsten Vorteilen von BIPV geh\u00f6ren. Diese Werte k\u00f6nnen ein Eckpfeiler der erneuerbaren Energieerzeugung vor Ort sein und so zur Dekarbonisierung des Geb\u00e4udebestands beitragen. Allerdings lassen sich diese Werte nicht ohne weiteres quantifizieren, da sie teilweise subjektiv oder nicht leicht nachweisbar sind.
