Aus diesem Grund hat das Architekturb\u00fcro den Schwerpunkt auf eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Ausarbeitung der Bauelemente gelegt, die zu einer neuen formalen Definition und damit zu einer starken Identit\u00e4t des Geb\u00e4udes gef\u00fchrt haben. Die zur\u00fcckgesetzten Fassadenfl\u00e4chen und die Einschnitte im Bauk\u00f6rper erm\u00f6glichten es, dem Geb\u00e4ude eine schlanke Form zu geben, eine Komposition mit einem &#8222;Gesamtbauk\u00f6rper&#8220; und einem seitlichen Bauk\u00f6rper zu definieren und vor allem die Dualit\u00e4t des Projekts zwischen den Bahngleisen auf der einen Seite und dem Wohngebiet auf der anderen Seite in den Griff zu bekommen. So \u00fcberlagern sich in einem einfachen Bauk\u00f6rper die Gestaltungselemente, wodurch jede Fassade des Geb\u00e4udes durch die Betonung ihrer Vertikalit\u00e4t qualifiziert wird und Einblicke in die Landschaft gew\u00e4hrt. Als Antwort auf die Bestimmung des Geb\u00e4udes wird die Fassade durch ein regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Metallraster gepr\u00e4gt, das die \u00d6ffnungen definiert und dem Geb\u00e4ude seinen Charakter verleiht.
