Neben f\u00fcnf Wohnungen beherbergt das Geb\u00e4ude auch B\u00fcros. Dieses siebenst\u00f6ckige &#8222;Energie- Plus Geb\u00e4ude (PEB)&#8220; befindet sich am Fusse des Hofbergs. Aufgrund der Besonderheiten des Gel\u00e4ndes mussten 7 Stockwerke gebaut werden, 4 davon oberirdisch. Dank der hocheffizienten monokristallinen Module, die sowohl auf dem Dach als auch an stockwerkmarkierenden Horizontalelementen der S\u00fcdfassade installiert sind, kann das Geb\u00e4ude 186% seines Energiebedarfs produzieren. Die Fassade aktiviert sich durch die Wechselwirkung zwischen ihrer Geometrie und dem jahreszeitlich bedingten Sonnenstand, indem sie die Sonneneinstrahlung je nach Bedarf absorbiert oder abschirmt. Dieses Projekt zeigt, wie gut isolierte Geb\u00e4ude mit sorgf\u00e4ltig integrierten Energiesystemen die Architektur pr\u00e4gen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;
