Der Strom wird durch grossfl\u00e4chige Photovoltaikmodule, welche in der S\u00fcdfassade integriert sind, gewonnen. Eine W\u00e4rmepumpe mit Erdsonde erm\u00f6glichen das Heizen und K\u00fchlen des Geb\u00e4udes. Die kubische Form wurde gew\u00e4hlt, da sie die effizienteste Form f\u00fcr ein Geb\u00e4ude ist. Die opaken Fl\u00e4chen der anderen drei Fassaden sind von aussen mit Glasscheiben, innen mit Akkustikpaneelen verkleidet.
