Die Form entstand aus dem Konzept von zwei ineinandergreifender Volumen, die sich je nach Standpunkt in einer anderen Form pr\u00e4sentieren. Es beherbergt eine gemischte Nutzung mit B\u00fcros und Hotel nach dem \u00abCore and Shell\u00bb-Prinzip mit Grundausbau und Mieterausbau.\u00a0Aus den h\u00f6chsten Qualit\u00e4tsanspr\u00fcchen an die Gesamtkonzeption des Geb\u00e4udes resultiert der hervorragende \u00f6koeffiziente Fussabdruck. Ein Erdw\u00e4rmesondenfeld wird die W\u00e4rmepumpenheizung und K\u00e4ltemaschine mit geothermischer Energie versorgen.
